This is definitely not Indian Pipe.
I do have some Indian Pipe in my yard. And it looks like a bumper crop this year.
It is just breaking the soil.
But this is nothing like it.

douglas fir

There is quite a mix of Douglas Fir and Lodgepole Pine around Bluebill Lake. The two different colonies are within 15 feet of the edge of the lake.
