Observation 13462: Mycena (Pers.) Roussel
When: 2008-11-01
No herbarium specimen

Notes: Gills, fairly stout for an LBM (light brown mushroom), but with charactistics at the base of the stipe that are, uh, distinctive. See photos. Looks like at least one other small mushroom arising from the same base of the same stalk, and at least one cup-shaped mushroom growing at nearly the same place. Terrestrial, probably growing on decaying Bigleaf maple leaves. Originally thought Mycena, but not very colorful, is it?
