Notes: Small Suillus or Boletus button, viscid cap, orange pores (not yellow). Note white yellowish dots on stalk. Total height of button slightly over 1 inch, bulbous at base of stalk, nearly white at base, with some white rhizomorphs present; CAP: yellowish to reddish-yellow, with distinct white at margin of cap, flesh of cap thin (2-3mm), cap width less than 1/2 inch. Found in close proximity to both Lodgepole pine, Sitka spruce, Douglas fir and Western hemlock.
