Panaeolus are hard to seperate macroscopicaly. I have found these in my buddy’s yard for two years in a row now. In the exact same spot every time. And his yard is full of dog poopoo. I found them about two inches from the side walk. They are a dark greyish when I find them fresh, and the caps are quickly hygrophorus. All this leads me to believe these are probably Pan olivaceus. IMO. I will pm you on the shroomery cause I would really like to find out for sure. I need a microscope bad.
