Observation 135596: Cantharellus Adans. ex Fr.

No herbarium specimen

Notes: These were very interesting. I didn’t get shots of the natural habitat for some unknown reason. They were growing on top of a 4 foot tall stump covered in moss. There didn’t seem to be any soil on top of the stump, it appeared that the mushrooms were growing straight off of the moss.

It was a family trip and I injured my knee pretty bad playing volleyball, so my collections didn’t get kept from that day. I will try to make another collection the next time I go down there. Thanks for your interest
