Several collections are in my possession for DNA sequencing but I will eventually need a source to send them off to. I would prefer both ITS and complete genome sequences if possible. If anyone has a contact who will also provide the results in the NCBI BLAST database please message me.

Thanks Alan!!! You’re a big help… I really appreciate it.

Rich: Not only are they going to get scoped (along with many other OBs of mine), they’re going to get DNA sequenced with other similar specimens!

and completely blue… I’ll post a pic later after the caps are done printing, get dried, then I have all of them together (specimens and prints) in one vacuum sealed baggie

Post more bruising pics

The only thing I see that could be construed as “bluing” is near the apex of the stipe where there are some spores deposited. I think the black spores against the stipe is giving it that darker look, but it doesn’t look like blue bruising to me. If it is truly a lot more blue now, post a pic or two of it. But I think it is Panaeolus acuminatus
