Dr. Kimbrough published a book called Common Florida Mushrooms in 2000… that has been my best guide so far. Most likely these (and many other finds of mine) are different variants of species known elsewhere…

Subgenus Ingratula is not known for having color on the stipe (or anywhere else for that matter other than yellowy browns). There’s a good chance that most of the species you are finding are either described by W.A. Murrill or undescribed.
