9 inches tall, cap is 4 inches across. cap very fragile. smell indistinct (but I have a notably poor sense of smell). growing from forest floor 50 feet from the Chattahoochee River.

I was unprepared for the field when I collected this one and was being savaged by hungry mosquito and in my haste I lost the sac.
It looks like maybe there was a volval sac that got cut off?
