Cannot be that because of the reticulated stipes (see the pics). I think this is your typical X. separans.

was white. I posted another pic. Im not sure if it was blue staining, It didn’t seem to be (looking at insect damaged areas).

Can’t tell the color of it from the photo but if yellow and staining blue this could be Boletus badius.
