No herbarium specimen

Notes: I think it is: Flammulina Velutipes (Enokitake, Velvet Shank, Gewoon fluweelpootje).

But others suggested it might be Gymnopilus sp. or a Galerina sp.

Would need to see Descriptive macro photos of the pileus, stipe and gills. Also, a description of the habitat and ecology would be helpful.

With the exception of a few unique species, Gymnopilus species identification usually requires microscopic analysis.

Having said that, if your specimen has a membranous annulus it is much closer to G. spectabilis than your other suggestions.
