Observation 138996: Pleurotus (Fr.) P. Kumm.


Decurrent gills, shelf-like growth habitat, clustered appearance. Also had colony growing from base of tree.
On Mountain ash tree. Pleurotus is saprophytic, and tree looks barely alive.
Mountain ash tree, poor shape, nearly overgrown by Douglas fir.
