MO is not letting me email you for some reason or another.
can you shoot me an email @ bloodwormfungi@gmail.com?

Attn Richard Dried specimens

Richard, If you would like to email me your postal address I will post specimens off to you. My pleasure. Wood is still attached to the stipes. I would say it was Eucalyptus, but I am no expert. Yours to do with as you wish. Chow, kk

these are interesting specimens.
they are certainly an active species of Gymnopilus.
however, the pileus and gill coloration is different from anything i have ever seen in Australian Gymnopilus.
do you know what type of wood that is/was?
i would be very interested in looking at these specimens.
