Thank you for commenting on my observation and providing useful information. I agree with your assessment. Do you think Yves’A. fulva is conspecific with A. amerifulva?

I think that this material is more similar to Yves Lamoureux’s interpretation of… EDITed

A. fulva than to his provisional A. elongatior. He mentions an olivaceous tint in the pileus coloring of the latter and says that there is a browner color over the center of the cap that extends to (but not into) the area [<< EDIT] of the marginal striations. Amanita elongatior also has a distinctively decorated stem according to Yves’ illustration of the species.
