Observation 139458: Protostropharia semiglobata (Batsch) Redhead, Moncalvo & Vilgalys

West Block near edge of prairie dog colony off ecotour
Growing on Bison dung with Panaeolus papilionaceus
First time I have seen in the park (rare? or just coming into season)

Returned to check dung a couple days later…
Slime dried up, now shiny but still yellow
Mottled gills
Gills kind of sinuate-decurrent
Dark spore print (black or maybe purple brown?)
Small but distinct annulus on stipe
Spores under microscope: shape plain oval with bump on end, colour purple brown
