and a couple Lactarius but none of the big guys like Russula brevipes yet.
for seeing the first Lobsters of the year around here. The large russulas and lactarii that morph into Lobsters were a bit slow to start. In the past I’ve seen Lobsters as early as the first week of July.
I don’t see them until September.
