Notes: Found growing under Oak. This has a sack like volva. Looks real similar to A. flavoconia but caps are smooth and the volva is sack like.

Based on microscopic features: Considering the colors, the probable placement in sect. Caesareae, and the ellipsoid to elongate spores, I think banningiana is a good guess:
