This one is self supporting – it seems that is a special feature – has what appears to be rain damage on top surfaces, hymenium in good shape. Black remmants of last years’ fb on ground near it. On massive Oak.

2016 Update, the fruit bodies have been dead since 2014, but this year there is a hole, possibly made by an animal, directly under the fbs in the photo below. Tree appears to be leaning about 5 to 10 degrees directly away from the hole. It may go this year or in 10 years, but the damage appears to be dramatic.
