Arora says G. paludosa “…also has a white superior annulus, but it has a long thin stem and grows in bogs; its edibility is unknown.” Uh, considering the deadly poisonous nature of some Galerinas, I’m not going to be the canary in the coal mine here.
Among the genus of some 200 species, bog habitat seems to be pretty specific. But I AM NOT a Galerina specialist.
