I really like your last photo.

It clearly shows that the rim of volva around the top of the bulb has broken away from a wedge of volva that remains between the annulus and the stem surface. Together the rim on the bulb and the wedge between the annulus and the stem are called the internal limb (limbus internus) of the volva. This feature of amanitas is sometimes neglected in identifying species. Its form differs from species to species and can be a very useful aid to identification.
