There are dark cortina

remnants on the cap margin in the second pic and on the stipe in the third pic suggesting Cortinarius, but not ruling out Hebeloma. The cap texture isn’t fibrous as in Inocybe.

Light brown gills, no noticeable cortina.

Stipe becoming abrumptly bulbous toward base. Also scales or universal veil patches on cap.
