Cap measured 30-35 mm (1.25"), stipe 20 mm; total length 85 mm (3.5"). Growing within 300 meters of the ocean; in moss with nearby tan oak, redwood and Douglas fir. At first I thought this was some type of Cortinarius, but Bill Neill correctly identified it over at MushroomTalk. Thanks, Bill!
