Notes:
Found in mixed hardwoods, pine & hemlock. Height 5 cm. Width of the cluster 6 cm. Width of widest “bell” 1.5 cm. Inner surface of bells hairy, textured. Outer surface glabrous. Stipe context white and solid. No distinctive smell. Mild taste. FeSO4 on base of stipe negative. KOH on cut stipe flesh pale muddy brown.
