A single specimen growing under oaks and other hardwoods.
The mushroom is 7.5 cm tall.
The cape is 7 cm in diameter, with a shallow depression.
The cuticle is peeling 1/2.
The gills are attached to the stipe. A couple of forking gills located midway between the stipe and cap margin.
