Notes:
Cap up to 24 mm., white with green/brown sunken disc, faintly lined margin, viscid when wet. White gills, close, subdecurrent. Stem white, up to 20 mm. × 5 mm.. solid, soft. No milk. Hot taste. Growing on moss covered decayed wood.
