I think I can see hairs on the hymenophore of the one on the left in the first pic.

Yes, microscopy is needed.

As far as I can see the hairs are only on the stipe, which means nothing(?).

I would not choose Geoglossum for this observation

due to the fine hairs visible on the hymenophore and stipe. It would be interesting to see how many segments the spores have and the shape of the paraphyses.
