East Block GNP, found by Chris Reed while taking a hike

when asked about staining after handling, said none observed (though length of time waited for staining unknown)

seems to be some species of orange waxcap… waxcaps of the same or other species have been observerd and photos submitted (eg. http://mushroomobserver.org/137654?q=1RtQY) but I have not personally seen any this summer (no specimen)
