Observation 143731: Hygrocybe cantharellus (Schwein.) Murrill

Found growing at the base of a very decomposing Stump of Red Oak.
Growing in troops most single, this one in a Pair.
Cap Red 1.4 cm across waxy,dome shaped One cap has a depression in the center. The margin a thin yellow line going under to the gill side with litle frills.
Gills spaced running down the stalk. (decurrent) Yellow at the margin
Talk 4 cm Red, slick smooth.
