Notes: Found growing solitary under Red Oak.
Cap 5cm, smooth non striated, convex,light yellowish, becoming darker yellowish at the center turning into a brownish center, The margin has a fine cotoney fluffy material forming what appears to be a serrated edge.
Gills white thinly attached to the stem.
Stalk 12 cm with a light yellowish ring near the cap Above the ring the stem has flayed it self froming a secondary ring. The stalk,at the base has small yellowish granulation on it and ends in a round sac like volva.
Spore print white.
