Pholiotina looks like a good suggestion. Actually, the former “ringed Conocybe” idea had occurred to me. But the only one I knew was filaris, and the habitat for this observation didn’t seem to fit. Also, I’m uncertain about the presence of a ring. But it did look like something was stuck to the upper part of the stipe.

Other observable macro-traits appear to match up well with your observation.
