Notes: Cap up to 10 cm., orange brown, scaly, sunken center, whitish flesh.. Gills brittle, cream to red brown, attached. Stem white with red brown on surface, 45 mm. × 22 mm., whitish flesh. Strong odor of dead fish. No distinctive taste. White spore print.
