Notes:
Cap up to 68 mm. in diameter x 6 mm. thick over stipe, white, yellowish over disc (no appreciable rain for 3 weeks but misting today), viscid when wet. Gills whitish, free, crowded. Stem white, 121 mm. long to top of bulb x 9 mm. midheight. Bulb 22 mm. high x 21 mm. wide. White annulus. White volval sac. KOH on cap bright yellow.
