Used references: Arora, Mushrooms Demystified. Scaley cap, silky stipe with some scales, brown gills: sure looks like Inocybe, Walt. I know many Inocybes have an annulus, but apparently not all do.

That fringed cap edge reminds me of Inocybe subochracea.

Micro would tell more because the pleurocystidia of I. subochracea are distinctive.
