Recognized by sight: on oak leaves , at first glance look like a powdery mildew.
Based on microscopic features: currently i am not sure what specie have those georgeous stauroconidia, the closest i get is :retiarus, trisulcosporium and triposporium

Used references: The genera of hyphomycetes (2011) Plate 356 A, Ellis 1971, dermaticious hyphomycetes.
