Russula is one of the most awful genera to determine. In fact, it is a crime to even try with photo alone. Do you microscope too?
I would have thought Russula ochroleuca too but the colour is darker/duller than all of the others I’ve seen and there appears to be yellowing at the base of the stems that I don’t see on Russula ochroleuca that i can remember. Taste is mild. No hotness.
Russula fellea or Russula ochroleuca but ecology is strange.
