Notes:
On well rotted wood under balsam fir in mixed woods. Cap convex, pale brown, up to 2.5 cm. Pallid gills, free to notched. Brown stems, up to 7 cm. × 3 mm., hollow, white hairs at base. Mild odor and taste.
