Spores 7-9 × 6. Cheilocystidia aup to 75 microns long. Hyphae of the pp about 5 microns wide.

Thanks for giving a thought to this obs. G. penetrans was the best name I could give using PNW keys; everything else seemed eliminable. But I’m not really familiar with the species.

the spores on G. penetrans are said to be 4.0-5.5.
6 is a little wide.
Also, the cheilocystidia for G. penetrans measures at 25-34, according to Hesler.
this observation is also lacking the whitish, fibrillose veil…
said to be present on G. penetrans.
