Observation 145880: Cantharellus subalbidus Smith & Morse
When: 2013-09-18
No herbarium specimen

Notes: It has taken me a long time to find this. Much thicker and better eating (my opinion) than Cantharellus formosus.

Often growing in a fused mass of caps.
White hymenium, with yellow dots (bruises?).
Base of stipe also bruises yellow.
