This specimen was brought to an Oregon Mycological Society Meeting. Through an intermediary I learned that it was collected at Clackamette Park near Oregon City. Habitat there is mostly Cottonwood but there is a small amount of Alder.

Spores were elliptical and olive brown in water, 8-10(12) x 6-8, Av. 9.28 × 6.53. Basidia were filled with granular material, no cystidia seen. Cap cuticle hyphae were interwoven, cylindrical and mostly 5-8 microns wide and 35-63 microns long. No caulocystidia seen but numerous clamps in the stipe cuticle.

Cap context was up to 10mm, tubes 2-3mm thick, pores were 1-3mm
