Observation 14833: Agaricomycetes Doweld
When: 2008-11-29
No herbarium specimen
0 Sequences

This single specimen was about 5mm across. I think they are called Button fungi but can not find a reference. I removed the fungi from its habitat and the bottom image depicts the underside. Again this was in a very wet and damp environment and the light is generally filtered through the canopy. What I did notice was the small globules of liquid on the top side of the cap. This may help in identification and I have enlarged the image to show this effect.
