No specimen available

Growing on the end of a cut log. I think this was Bigleaf maple. Multiple sporocarps. All having pink on cap and hymenium. Rather pretty for a Polypore.

In situ. Black, predominantly pink upper surface. Each sporocarp 3-7 inches across.
Hymenium of older specimen with blue-black, white, and hot pink areas. Pores very small.
Hymenium of this 5 inch wide young specimen completely pink or white.
