Observation 149276: Agaricus subrutilescens group

Notes: Under pine and mixed hardwoods.

This species is very common here.

Found just up the hill from Los Truches.

Mild pleasant odor.

As I took these photos lightning struck pretty close, and it started to rain extremely heavily. I ran out of the woods with an armload of mushrooms and the Mexicans thought this was really cool.
