these are Psilocybe but can’t be sure of an ID as your photos are blurry. They definitely have a partial veil as there is a ring on one specimen and swollen bases but the attachment of the gills is unclear to me and the color and texture of the cap and stem. There are many poisonous mushrooms with partial veils so I definitely would not try anything I couldn’t positively ID.
