Notes: Caps 40-60 mm wide x 18-30 mm high. Stipe at base 6-9 mm dia. × 50-65 mm long. Lamellae 4-5 mm wide x 24-28 mm long. Trama 3-4 mm thick with the stipe 8-12 mm dia. at the apex. Pileus campanulate to applanate with a broad umbo; orbicular. Caps chalk white to yellowish-white with an incurved to deccurved entire margin, dull, dry, irregularly wrinkled upon drying, but relatively smooth and glabrous. Trama soft with a pleasant smell and no discernible taste. Gills free, crowded and narrow with their margins being smooth to finely serrulate with dull faces. Stipe centrally attached, terrete easily removed from the pileus, had moderate basal tomentum with rhizomorphs present,was equal to tapered towards the base with a very small basal bulb. A movable, single, membranaceous, superior partial was present, and above it the stipe was white and smooth, while below it the stipe was white with brownish stains, some fine longitudinal lines, and very fine sparse, brownish hairs. Stipe bruised brownish, fibrous but flexible, and was stuffed to hollow. Growth habit scattered, stipitate and on grass. Spore print white.
