Antrodia albida name was rejected and three species recognized in A. albida s.l. complex (= Antrodia s. str.) according to Spirin at al., MYCOLOGIA 2013, submitted: Antrodia favescens (USA), Antrodia serpens (Central and Southern Europe) and Antrodia tanakai (Northern Europe, Japan). Oligoporus mappus was also transferred to Antrodia s. str.
