Recognized by sight: Blue band on stipe may be remains of a cortina. Brown gills, striate cap, slimy appearance supports Cortinarius. Might also be Phaeocollybia, but would need all of the stipe carefully excavated for that determination. Gills don’t seem bright enough for Phaeocollybia.
