was the original name that I wanted to put.

MO says has been replaced by the name A. arvensis
Agaricus macrosporus also grows in the forest instead of the meadow, but only grows in Europe, at least so do experts say,
although more and more we find mushrooms that are claimed not to grow in N. Amerika.

I am grateful for your help Dave

The name I had originally meant to propose is “Agaricus macrosporus”, which MO says has been replaced by the name that is posted. It is unclear to me, based upon what I have read, whether or not this is merely a variety of A. arvensis. I usually post my “Horse Mushrooms” as “Agaricus arvensis group.”
