Notes: Found in tall grass as well as mixed soil/woodchips/grass beneath evergreen trees. Distinct purple annular zone and blue bruising (may not be very visible in pictures).

All of the mushrooms in this collection are identifiable to the genus Psilocybe and to the species Psilocybe azurescens.

I noticed a few other “observations” for other species. Please add photographs and the correct date to each observation.

It’s also helpful to include notes on your collections as you’ve done in this one. Kudos!
