This specimen was collected in southern Oregon in mid-Oct.

was this the Rhizopogon that was in Tom Bruns’ mushroom class Monday Nov 4? Then it was collected in Berkeley, near the Safeway on Shattuck Ave, under Pinus radiata. Furthermore it is Rh. occidentalis.
