Notes: Found under CA bay, live oak, D. fir, and pretty much all over this week.
It was a big week for these, they were everywhere. I found one spot with about 100 caps in a 20′×30′ area, never seen so many of these in one place before. They didn’t seem to have the deep red-brown colors as the past, but were a more tawny brown this time. Most growing singular, some in groups of 2-4.
