Notes: Growing on wood chips under Juglans
Taste & smell non-existent and leaving a cool sensation on the tongue.

Spores with germ pore apical to oblique in the side view.
Spore range = 17 – 19 × 9 – 10 (11) µm
Average spore = 18 × 9.7 µ
Q range = 1.7 – 2
Average Q = 1.86
20 spores measured.

Cheilocystidia range = (25) – 33 – 52 (59) x 11 – 18 µ
Average cheilocystdia = 43.58 × 14.5 µ
25 cheilocystidia measured.
Basidia 4-spored
Basidia range = (20) – 28 – 50 x (11) 13 – 19 µ
Average basidia = 38.15 × 14.85 µ
20 basidia measured.
A few pleurocystidia were found on one gill, but otherwise were absent.
Pleurocystidia measured = 45×14, 46×15, 49×16, 52×17 µ
Brachybasidioles measured = 20×8, 21×13, 26×15, 27×13, 32×14 µ
Setae on the pileipellis masured = 107.36×7.32, 136.64×7.32, 153.72×4.88, 161.04×4.88, 192.76×7.32 µ
Gill & pileus trama yellow/brown from encrusting pigments.
Clamps found on the base of the basidia & basidioles.
